PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION GROUPS

Tending The Garden of Your Soul
This group weaves experiential, psycho-educational and soulfull interactive processes throughout. Women are invited to build a deeper connection with their healthy wise woman, by healing negative emotional patterns and behaviors. As they reconnect with their authentic loving passionate self, their journey evolves anew with a compassionate loving heart. Group experiences include meditation, guided imagery, ceremony, journaling, breathing, music and healing hypnotherapy. This meets once weekly for six weeks.

Journey Into Deeper Awareness
This group meets once a month over several months. This powerful journey offers many opportunities for personal transformational experiences for women’s healing at the deepest levels of heart and soul. Healthy experiential processes are designed for self-learning, soulfull nourishment and reconnecting with the healthy wise woman within. Participants are invited to integrate experiences such as: writing, poetry, interaction with nature, ceremony, meditation, guided imagery and silence. Each woman’s Spirit of the Divine Feminine within her, provides the spontaneity!
